The space The accommodation consists of a living, dining and kitchen area and offers on an area of 75m² all that is needed for a perfect stay: fully equipped kitchen with oven, coffee machine and kettle, two bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes and a bathroom with shower, toilet and hair dryer. Furthermore, the property has free Wi-Fi and a 55" smartTV incl. Netflix available. For families we offer an extra travel cot incl. Mattress with changing table topper and a high chair for babies. Outside the property, a playground nearby can be used. The property is perfect for families, friends and couples who want to spend your vacation in the Lake Constance region. Nature lovers benefit in particular from the beautiful hiking and biking trails around Ländle. Other popular activities with guests include visiting the Bregenz Festival or swimming and walking on the beautiful Lake Constance. In winter, the accommodation is also the perfect starting point to one of the world-famous ski resorts such as Lech, Warth, Zürs, St. Anton or Silvretta Nova. In general, the three countries of Switzerland (2 min.) can be reached in no time from the accommodation., Liechtenstein (30 min) and Germany (30 min) and are therefore perfect day trip destinations. A supermarket and three restaurants are just a 2-minute walk away. Other restaurants in the nearby area can be easily reached by car or bus and train. For relaxation, you reach the "Rheindelta Nature Reserve" after about 1 km, on foot, by bike or car. Guest access All our apartments can be entered through a chip.
