Master bedroom has split organic Avocado king mattress with organic linens and light blocking window shades. Second bedroom has super comfortable Ikea double mattress. Living room has excellent queen sofa bed. Bedrooms have air conditioner units, whole house has fans. We are always comfortable with the sea breezes as we are up on a hill overlooking the ocean. House drinking water filtration system and instant hot water at kitchen sink. House is deep cleaned before each guest rental and beds are made and ready for your arrival with freshly laundered linens. Set of towels including beach towel for each guest in included. Each guest rental is provided with a starter amount of: toilet paper, paper towel, dish detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and laundry soap. Our yard is organic and you are welcome to pick and eat our nonGMO vegetables from the garden when you are here. Just please leave some for the next guests! The backyard office studio and garage are locked and not accessible to guests. Please also do not disturb our storage in the basement, thank you! Because this is our year round home, there will be some personal items in the closets and cupboards. Guest access This is a whole house rental, 1300sq ft. Only closed room is home office on 2nd floor. Open concept downstairs with newly remodeled kitchen, living room and dining room. Dining room table seats 8, backyard deck has table for 6 with wicker furniture to lounge on and umbrellas for shade. Another table with 6 chairs is on the back lawn surrounded by flowers. Two bedrooms upstairs are sunny and bright. Large newly remodeled bathroom. We do not have air conditioning, except for window air conditioners in the bedrooms but with numerous fans placed throughout the house and the ocean breezes, we are always comfortable even on a hot summer day! There is a shed in the backyard where beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys (pails and shovels), boogie boards ( for body surfing) and kites are kept for you to use and take to the beach. Please rinse the sand off things before returning them to the storage shed. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the house, on the deck or anywhere on the property. Guests will be fined and immediately evicted if there is any evidence of smoking found anywhere in this home or on this property. If you are a smoker, please do not rent this house! Owner is highly allergic to smoke and the lingering odor that is carried on a smoker's clothes and person. No parties, events, performing artists or bands allowed at any time. These are cause for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Thank you for abiding by these rules. The maximum number of guests allowed is 6 persons, exceptions may be made for small children. Porta crib, high chair, portable play yard, and child saftey items such as cupboard latches are available upon request for a small fee. Other things to note Our dog stays at a kennel when we are away and have guests in the house. But people with dog allergies should be aware there is a dog who lives here, even though the house is deeply cleaned and aired out before guests arrive. Laundry is on 2nd floor in a closet in the bathroom. Please always rinse off your feet from sand from the beach before you come into the house. Use the hose on the side of the house. Shake out all towels and hand them on the deck to dry. Please do not hang wet items on the indoor wooden dining room chairs!
