The home is perfect for business travelers, Individuals, couples, up to 6 adults max with relaxation in mind. CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS: - Check out is at 11:00 AM. Late check out is not permitted. You will incur a fee of $50 per hour starting at 11:15 AM and every hour thereafter. - If any appliances, furniture, electronics or home decor is damaged or stolen, a minimum fee of up to $850 will be charged depending on the assessment of the violation and cost of replacement. *OTHER THINGS TO NOTE* Here’s the not-so-fun stuff: -Quiet hours: 9pm-7am. No loud music. -Smoking outside ONLY -Parties are not allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS. -No pets allowed.
