It has a large comfortable living space, kitchen, dinette and a balcony. It is detached from the main house,which is directly on the beach, and has a separate entrance offering privacy. The Beach access is 40 feet from your front door. A private grilling space is adjacent to your two parking spots. We will provide you with the code that will open the lock on the front door. Melbourne Beach is best explored on either a bicycle or your own two feet. To ensure that your cars are safe during your stay, we provide access to a three-car garage as well as additional parking on our private driveway. So, that you are equipped to transition from four wheels to two, we do provide bikes. If you would like to use them, just let us know and we will have you sign a waiver and provide you with a code to the lock. Other things to note If you purchase something for your stay (boogie boards, umbrellas, surfboards, etc) and do not want to transport them back to your home, feel free to message us. We may be interested in purchasing them from you so that future guests can enjoy them.
