Guest access Parking: VERY IMPORTANT! Please only park on the driveway in front of the single car garage in the alley (No cars with leaking Fluids are to be parked on the cement tarmac) or (No Auto Repair on the premises). Occasionally the owners may need to get their car out of the garage and may ask you to move temporarily. Do not park in front of any of the neighbor’s homes for any reason. There is additional parking at the end of the alley on Orange Grove. (Downhill side). Pull into the driveway to the right of the main house and pull forward to the smaller, one car garage door on the right. Upstairs to the left of the garage is your front door. When you book with us, a code is automatically generated that is the last 4 of your phone number that you provided to Airbnb. You will enter the key-code on the keypad to the right of the front door then press the red button to enter. To lock the door from outside, you will just press the red button only. This is a new home, so the weather stripping is very air tight. The door needs to be pulled tightly shut or it can bind the lock. The door will auto-lock after 30 minutes. Other things to note There is one ring doorbell camera installed on the exterior gate of the property and one by the front door for security of the home and to help prevent unauthorized parties or guests. If you have an unauthorized party in the space we may ask you to leave for breaking the rules and you will not get your money back.
