The en-suite bathroom with a partial ocean view has a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate water closet. The second suite includes a king-sized Casper mattress and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Occupying the entire top floor, the expansive bunk room features a fun living area with a Ping-Pong table, a Smart TV, SONOS speaker, an Xbox One and wired with an ethernet port for your own gaming system. Sleeping space includes four extra-large twin-sized Casper mattresses the bunk beds and a queen-sized sofa sleeper, while the en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a separate double vanity. A half bath on the main living level provides added convenience. THINGS TO KNOW There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
