The space This home has 4 bedrooms- 2 down (1-K and 1-Q) and 2 up (1-Q and 1-T). The bathroom upstairs only has a tub (no shower) and downstairs there is a half bath and shower that is shared with the laundry room. Fully equipped kitchen to make all your meals, formal dining room, and living room. Sit out on the front porch or enjoy a cup of coffee or drink on the back screened in porch. Large lot on the end of a cul de sac street with no other homes around you for privacy. Charcoal grill and fire pit. Bed linens and bath towels included. Every bedroom and the living room have ROKU smart tv's to log in to your personal streaming apps, i.e. Netflix, Disney, HULU, etc. Guest access Tons of parking and room to park your boat or trailer or snow mobile! Other things to note 1 mile from Lake George Village. You can take the back roads to avoid traffic on Canada Street. Just around the corner from the snow mobile trail up Prospect Mountain. We have a ring camera on the shed facing the house for security purposes.
