Second Floor: Heart of the Home Relax in the inviting living area, complete with a cozy propane fireplace and ample seating, including a couch, loveseat, and an oversized chair. Enjoy movie nights on the 65" Smart TV equipped with popular streaming channels. The adjacent dining area seamlessly connects to a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing and sharing meals. Step into the four-season room, where radiant heated floors and serene seating await. The adjoining deck, featuring a gas grill, is ideal for outdoor cooking and dining. Bedrooms: Restful Retreats *Bedroom 1 (Second Floor): Tranquil space with a queen-sized bed, cozy sitting area, and generous closet space. *Bedroom 2 (Second Floor): Family-friendly room offering both a twin and a full bed. *Bedroom 3 (Third Floor - Kid's Room): A whimsical haven featuring bunk beds, a full bed, a chair swing, a little library, and a crib for our youngest guests. *Bedroom 4 (Third Floor): The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, a comfortable sitting area, ceiling fan, spacious closet, and vaulted ceilings, creating an atmosphere of pure bliss. Community Amenities As a guest in Towamensing Trails, you'll have access to a range of recreational activities. During the summer months, enjoy the outdoor pool, swimming lake, basketball and tennis courts, and the opportunity to rent paddle boats and kayaks. * There is a strict 15 mph speed limit so please drive carefully * Parking is abundant at the home as there is room for 8+ cars and there is also parking at the Community Center and by the Playground if you are visiting that area * Guest Passes MUST be worn at all times when using community amenities. * Even though our property can comfortably host 12 people, the community only issues 8 guest passes - children 5 and under do not need a guest pass. * Outdoor firepit is NOT FOR GUEST USE, per the HOA To ensure you have a fantastic start to your vacation, we've taken care of the little things that matter. Our dedicated cleaning team ensures that your vacation rental is prepared with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Other things to note Important Reservation Details: After completing your reservation, you will receive an email via DocuSign to grant access to community amenities, including trash disposal. Please complete this document promptly to avoid delays in obtaining guest passes or incurring charges for trash removal. Stay Requirements: A two-night minimum stay applies, but midweek exceptions may be available at adjusted rates. The primary renter must be 25 years or older.
