The space Each of the three bedrooms feature new furniture with the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. In the master there is a king-sized bed while the second bedroom contains a queen. The third bedroom contains two queen beds as well. Each bedroom has new comfortable pillows and linens that match the room's décor as well as sturdy nightstands. The living room features plenty of seating with comfy new couches that also allows for an additional place for a guest or two to sleep. This area has a 55-inch Roku enabled TV with Netflix already setup for guests to use. You're welcome to download any other channels and use your own logins to watch whatever you like as well as use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops. Right off of the living room is the sunroom/ office space. This area has a fireplace, but it is not for guest use. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. Attached is the dining area which has seating for guests and friends to stop by and features a nice view of the spacious back yard. The bathrooms are clean newly updated and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. Miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms. The backyard is large fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the West Texas sunsets. Parking in the front has plenty of space for one or two vehicles under the carport and there is always free parking available on the street. ******House Rules******* DO NOT BOOK IF YOU DONT ACCEPT! No smoking, anything, anywhere on the premises or you will be fined $250. Make sure your booking reflects the actual number of guests staying or you will forfeit your deposit, example- don't book for 4 people and then have 9 in the home please, the airbnb community is built on mutual trust and respect: this action is dishonest and disrespectful. This is NOT a pet friendly home. Bringing a pet with you will result in a $250 deep cleaning fine. No exceptions will be made for this as the owner has terrible allergies. If you have a trained and certified SERVICE animal and the guest: -requires their service animal because of a disability -Can define what work or task the service animal has been trained to perform, than this Service animal will be permitted Otherwise all animals of any kind are not permitted. ***Emotional support animals are not permitted*** *If you have cleaning issues upon arrival of the property, please let us know so we can correct those issues during your stay* Although not required by law, we would appreciate it if you would let us know that you will be traveling with a service animal in your initial booking message. Guest access Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door.
