We provide pillows and blankets. We recommend Gale Force rentals in Ocean View if you prefer to rent them. Gale Force delivers and picks up. On the ground floor there is plenty of room for the kids to spread out and watch TV or play games and there is another half bath. The garages are for owner storage. One Fenwick Island parking pass is provided for your convenience in town. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for 8 people including a drip coffee machine, and there is parking for 4 cars and an outdoor shower. There are 3 smart TVs (internet only) in the living room master bedroom, and lower level family room. Paper starters, shampoo, hair dryers, iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience. There is an 18’ to 20 ‘ long step down pier along the canal bulkhead available for accommodating an appropriate sized vessel. Owners advise a maximum length of 24 feet. Boat owners must supply their own tie up lines and bumpers. The step down pier is in usable but only fair condition and extra caution must be used by everyone and anyone using this area. Boat owners assume all responsibility for the safety of themselves, their family members, and guests as well as their boat, while using the bulkhead / pier area. Included with your booking are 8 different activity passes every day within 30 minutes of most homes.
