You'll have plenty of space to explore and enjoy during your stay. My home is conveniently located on RT 23 just outside the downtown of Windham, with ample parking on the property. Check-in is easy and contactless with keypad entry. You will receive a unique pin code that exists for the duration of your stay, ensuring your security and privacy. You'll have complete access to the indoor spaces, including the fully equipped kitchen, the bar area, and the cozy family rooms on the first and second floors, both with 4k smart TVs. Entertainment and Amenities: Outdoors: You’ll have access to a pellet smoker with a sidekick propane grill, a custom picnic table, comfortable outdoor lounge areas with Adirondack chairs, a fire pit, Bluetooth speakers, and more than 9 private acres for you to explore. Indoors: The house features a mega arcade that can accommodate 4 players with thousands of games, a bespoke wooden bar, and several 4K TVs equipped with streaming services like Netflix, HBO, and Disney+. Kitchen and Dining: The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials—cookware, utensils, dishware, a range of common spices, and various appliances like a blender, waffle maker, and griddle. Whether you choose to dine indoors or outside, you’ll find everything you need for a wonderful meal. Winter Travel: While the property has a contracted snow plowing service, I recommend using a vehicle with all-wheel or four-wheel drive during the winter for your safety.
