The Historical Hideaway is compiled of (4) newly remodeled suites in the wildly popular downtown neighborhood of 4th & Gill. The Hideaway is just minutes from downtown nightlife, breweries, restaurants, and venues making it ideal for smaller groups of 2-4 who want to be close to the Downtown, the Old City, and University of TN. Welcome to Knoxville! The space PLEASE BE ADVISED • This is near the downtown area of Knoxville and near railroad tracks, so there may be some noise during your stay. Unit C is a 1st floor 1-bedroom apartment with a King Bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and front porch. Artwork and decor inspired by our amazing City of Knoxville and the University of Tennesee Volunteers! Amenities include: ✧ Fully equipped Kitchen ✧ Hi-Speed Internet ✧ Smart TV ✧ Air Mattress ✧ Access to Washer/Dryer in common laundry room Guest access Guests unit entry will be in the tan building on the left side of the building. They will have keyless entry access to the unit, as well as free parking for 1 Vehicle in the shared parking lot. Free Street parking is also available. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTICE: Do not try to enter the blue building. Guests will be provided a link to our Guest Portal to complete within the first 48 hours after booking to verify booking details.
