The Historical Hideaway is compiled of (4) newly remodeled suites in the wildly popular downtown neighborhood of 4th & Gill. Welcome to Knoxville! The space PLEASE BE ADVISED • There is a set of stairs to climb to the second floor where the listing is. This staircase does have railing. • This is near the downtown area of Knoxville and near railroad tracks, so there may be some noise during your stay. Unit B is a 2nd floor 1-bedroom apartment with a King Bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and upstairs porch. Artwork and decor inspired by downtown Knoxville and the TN River that flows through it! Amenities include: ✧ Fully equipped Kitchen ✧ Hi-Speed Internet ✧ Smart TV ✧ Air Mattress ✧ Access to Washer/Dryer in common laundry room Guest access Guests unit entry will be in the tan building up the front stairs. They will have keyless entry access to the unit, as well as free parking for 1 Vehicle in the shared parking lot. Free Street parking is also available. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTICE: Do not try to enter the blue building beside the unit. Guests will be provided a link to our Guest Portal to complete within the first 48 hours after booking to verify booking details.
