Guest List: We require a guest list for each confirmed booking for security and safety purposes. Security Cameras: Please note that the property is monitored via Ring Cameras outside the entrance for your safety and security and a Minut noise and smoke monitor. Rental Agreements: Rental property agreements must be signed with a valid government-issued ID after the reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Property Condition: Guests agree to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as found upon move-in, with normal wear and tear expected. Please do not remove the pool vacuum cleaner from the pool or tamper with any pool equipment (pump, heater, etc.) or any other devices.
