This beautiful studio measures approximately 324 square feet, You'll enjoy a king bed, a well- equipped kitchenette, a cozy dining and living area. This suite accommodates 2 guests. Items to note: -This resort is undergoing renovations, with project completion expected mid-2025. The resort may assign guests a different view as a result. Dust and noise may be expected during this time. -Limited Parking -Some activities/attractions are available at an additional charge -The Caribbean is experiencing unusually high levels of Sargassum seaweed this season. During periods of excessive seaweed, the beach will not be accessible and transportation to nearby Coki beach will be provided. -A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in. -U.S. Virgin Islands government has imposed a fee of $25 per unit per night to be paid at check-in. -There is a daily energy fee of $25 assessed onsite.
