Jonathan The space In April 2021, I went to an Open House on a Saturday. Put my offer in on Monday, and it was accepted on Tuesday. I think this is a stunning place. TWT has been booked almost continuously since Memorial Day 2021. Was exclusively on VRBO until Thanksgiving 2021 when I also posted on AirBnB. Turned into a super 2022! In January 2023 I did a total bathroom redo on upper level and also a bedroom wall remodel on the first floor. 2023 was a grand year at TWT, and, so far, 2024 too. One recent change is for 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, I had one most delightful guest who stayed all of July, August, and September. Because of some health issues, she does not think she will be back in 2025. So....SUMMER 2025 is open for business. 😊 Please note that a growing number of TWT guests return for a repeat visit, and, of course, we communicate and work out the details directly. Win-Win. It is a delightful mixed-use area with residential units, retail shops, an outdoor gear & kayak rental shop, and a handful of short-term rentals. There is no driving or parking on Tuna Wharf, so the good news is you have your very own parking spot across from 52 Bearskin Neck. (#5 parking spot) The exterior stairway to TWT's red door is just to the left of the "Fudgery." Please note, that the two other townhouses next to mine access their outdoor deck areas through the same stairs, so once in a while you might see my neighbors. Feel free to say hello.....
