The garden gate backs onto Georgeham playing fields and play area which is ideal to send the children out to play while the adults socialise. PROPERTY NOTES: • Towels are not provided. • Driveway parking for 3 cars (Georgeham village car park is free for parking additional cars) • Hot tub strictly not to be used after 10.30 PM - To comply with Health & Safety hot tubs are emptied and re-filled. Therefore, we are unable to provide any guarantees that the hot tub will be up to full working temperature until the morning after arrival. • We regret we are unable to accept bookings that are; all adult groups under 23 years of age. • We would respectfully ask that dog(s) are not permitted on furniture, in bedrooms, left unattended nor to cause a disturbance to neighbours.
