Access codes released 72 hours prior to arrival. Other things to note This home has exterior surveillance only. HOUSE RULES There is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind inside or outside the property. We will absolutely ask you to leave if you are caught smoking outside on this property as winds can pick up quickly and we do everything we can to prevent fires from happening. Smoke-removal cleanings are $250 and we do report violations so please don’t smoke in or on the property. NO PETS on property without prior approval. Violators will he asked to leave with no refund. Just shoot us a quick message with age/breed so we can make an informed decision. Max two pets per booking. Please tell us about all GUESTS visiting or staying at the home prior to your arrival. There will be a $100 charge for any guests visiting or staying at the cabin that is not part of the itinerary/reservation. The main home can not exceed 6 overnight occupants and the additional bunkhouse cabin is no longer available as an add on effective January 2022. No more than 6 overnight occupants are allowed. No exceptions. Tents are not permitted to be posted on the property. There will be a $75 charge for each item missing from the cabin and a $250 charge for any furniture or bedding that is stained, broken, or damaged. If you leave something behind, we will happily mail it back for $25 handling and postage fee.
