Water can get very hot to your liking 3 bedrooms (master room queen bed with full bathroom, room 2 queen size bed, room 3 full size bed) 1 kitchen- full range stove and full size gas oven 1 living room (one Ikea sleeper futon couch) 1 washer/dryer in the basement shared with 3 other tenants residing on floors 1 and 3. 1 free parking space per stay PLEASE NOTE* the home is a three story house. There will be stairs to climb. We are located on the second floor. To use the laundry room it is located in the basement Other things to note We have taken extra precautions and made updates to the guest experience to ensure a safe and positive stay. Cleaning: Apt is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. Linens are changed and washed at high temperatures, bleach and other chemicals will be used to kill any germs of high touch areas. Gloves are worn and changed frequently throughout the cleaning process. Windows are left open during cleaning. The apt will be sterile prior to your arrival. Stay healthy stay safe This cozy apt is suitable for couples, friends, the young and the old. Ideal for four adults, max 6 guests. Kitchen- is fully equipped with pots/pans/utensils/ etc. feel free to cook your favorite meal. If you enjoy coffee in the morning, I have a 12 cup coffee maker machine. For the tea drinkers, we have an electric kettle to boil water. Bathroom- I have provided an over the door hanger for your needs as well as a shower caddy to store your toiletries. Shower pressure is strong and the water temperature can get very hot to your liking. Parking- One space available (outdoor parking in backyard) We are not responsible for lost items, scratched cars, damages and liability. Located in a quaint and safe town of Bayside, Queens. Just down the block are restaurants, local shops and supermarket. Walk only one min to shops. Elementary school located two blocks away. Very safe to walk at night.
