We ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached. - Our house is a single level home. - Our house features two full bathrooms. - Only 7.5 miles to Killeen. - Close to Stillhouse Hollow Lake and Belton Lake. - Located 11 miles from Fort Hood. - Located 1 hour and 15 min from Austin. - Beautifully decorated space with stunning furnishings and bright ambiance. - Easy self-check in via secure door keypad. - Parking in the driveway, two car garage and available street parking. - Lightning fast WiFi on our 2 large Roku TVs. What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing: - It is an older home with some quirks but has been renovated. - It's in a suburban neighborhood with the occasional barking dog. - Steep driveway. Our house comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 1 king size bed, 2 queen size beds, 2 twin size beds and 1 queen air mattress that can be set up in the living area or dining area. - All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. - This house is set up nicely with two spacious living areas, eat-in kitchen and dining area. Complimentary Wi-Fi, two Roku TVs, tea, and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with crock pot, glasses, mugs, dishes, and silverware. Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home of your own! Guest access You will have full access to the home. There is parking on the street, driveway and in the garage. Other things to note *Please note* - Additional guest fees apply after 6 guests Any person staying or visiting the property must be on the reservation as a guest. *Please note* - We do require a $500 refundable damage deposit to be paid after a reservation is confirmed. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay. There is keyless entry to the home with a code that will be provided to you after you book with us. Please remember that you are staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP but there is no one living on site 24/7. We understand that a cleaning fee isn't always easy to justify for short stays. We do commit to paying our turnover team a living wage. Per our commitment to Airbnb to follow enhanced cleaning procedures, we feel this fee is appropriate and necessary. Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
