Hello! The rooms are in a beautiful house just 6 miles from downtown Silver Spring which is a bustling city of much fun, entertainment, and full of all kinds of eateries. The big deck/porch/balcony/patio and the beautiful yard/garden will be relaxing to you and your friends especially because you will be constantly greeted by different kinds of birds who sometimes seem to be making fun of you. The neighborhood is quite and safe for walking around. The space The place is very convenient for shopping, transportation, and various kinds of services within a mile distance. You will have private entrance,  private bedroom, private bathroom, private kitchen, private living/dinning area, and private heating cooling system in bedroom and living room. The rooms are fully furnished and have pleasant outside looks through the windows. Wall mounted TV+ Sound bar both in the bedroom and living room. Utilities (electric, water, high-speed Wi-Fi) are included in the price. The house has the quietest heating/cooling system with which you can adjust your desired temperature. You will be staying with the landlord who is a Software Engineer by profession, working for the US Federal Government. I will be rarely creating traffic in the space you may be using. I like taking long walk around the neighborhood in the morning and evening. I believe I am organized, clean, and mostly quite unless I notice that people may have a little more relaxed time to converse. I also feel that I am helpful, considerate, caring and understanding. I probably cook once a week max. I usually stay in my office-room/bedroom or go outside of the house. Cleaning after myself right after I am done in the kitchen and bathroom is something I do instinctively. Guest access The house has long driveway. So you will be given two designated off-street parking spots. Backing to the right of the driveway is appreciated. No one will be blocking your car when you need to go out at any time. The neighborhood is secured but surveillance camera is also installed outside of the house. Walking around the neighborhood is safe at any time and has comfortable sidewalks with beautiful scenes. During your stay My gusts have never had any complain about giving them their space, communicating with them and my availability to help. Other things to note The house is in peaceful neighborhood with multiple groceries and shopping centers within a mile radius. It is also within 2 minutes walking distance to the metro buses which connect you to the metro train the closest of which is within 6 miles. Uber an Lyft arrive within 5 minutes. Traffic around the neighborhood is typically very smooth since most of the main connection streets have 2 or more lanes one way. Most importantly, Interstate-495 and Interstate-95, two of the most important streets of the country that connect you to the different states are accessible within half a mile of the house and this makes it quite easy to drive to anywhere in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia. You will be picked up from the airport if you desire to. To get you started familiarizing the area, you will be given a quick ride around the neighborhood and shopping/grocery centers if you want to, and of course feel free to seek help on any other matter that makes your stay more enjoyable.
