There are several viewpoints, community parks, and a lake for swimming and fishing that guests have shared access to. Other things to note Groups of four or less have access to two bedrooms and one bathroom of our home. Loft with two twin beds, bathroom, and game room will be inaccessible and vacant for these reservations. It can be added to these reservations for an additional fee of $50. We allow guests to bring up to two dogs that are 2+ years of age at time of stay. Pet fee is per dog($60). We are not able to host any other animals/pets. A $250 fee is assessed for unregistered dogs. -Dogs must be 2+ years old at time of reservation to stay. -Dogs are only allowed on hard surface areas of home (kitchen, family room). -Dogs may not go into bedrooms or lofts. -While we'd prefer for dogs not to be on the sofa, we do provide extra blankets and/or sofa covers that can be used if this is not possible for your dog. -Dogs must be crated if left unattended. -All excrement must be picked up outside. -Dog hair should be removed from all surfaces prior to your departure. -Dogs must be on a leash when in the neighborhood and may not wander onto the neighbor’s property. Grill, patio furniture, and/or hammocks are available Memorial Day through Labor Day. While we strive to upkeep our property and ensure all amenities are guest-ready, there's a chance an amenity may be unavailable during your stay and/or item missed by our cleaning team. In such cases, you can choose to check out for a full refund of the unused nights' accommodation fees. If you decide to stay, the full reservation cost will be charged. Partial refunds won't be provided for any reason. Due to the nature of our mountain location, our home may lose power during weather events. Outages typically last for 2-3 hours when this occurs. Flashlights and extra blankets are provided for these occurrences. When power is out, cooking options are limited. If a guest chooses to check out during a power outage, a refund of the nightly fee will be provided. Guests choosing to keep their reservation will be charged the full booking amount. While infrequent, you may encounter our staff as they maintain the hot tub and exterior grounds. Hot tub maintenance is conducted once per week and typically takes less than 15 minutes. While it typically can be used 30 minutes after service is complete, if a water change is necessary, the hot tub will take 4-5 hours to reach the desired temperature. Hot tub use is not recommended for guests with certain medical conditions, guests with skin sensitivities, or children. Please consult with your doctor prior to use if this applies to you. Laundry is in the utility closet with an exterior entry. Please message us for directions on accessing washer/dryer if needed. Infants are counted within the max occupancy of our home and should be registered as children. We have partnered with local service providers to provide the following optional ad-on services. Fees for add on services are listed below and shall be paid directly to owner via Stripe.
