The master suite features a comfy queen bed, its own full bathroom, and the washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a large flat screen smart TV. There are 3 additional bedrooms, all with queen beds and large flat screen smart TVs. Awesome outdoor patio with large gazebo, comfortable outdoor furniture, weber gas grill, outdoor dining table with umbrella. Huge backyard with a shed full of fun outdoor games! Bath towels are provided but are NOT to be taken to the beach. :) Ocean Gate Beach - The Borough of Ocean Gate requires that Beach Badges are to be worn at all times by individuals 12 years of age and over while using the public beaches and piers. Badges are to be visible at all times. Anyone not wearing the required Beach Badge will be asked to leave until they have obtained a Beach Badge. Splash Pad is open June 15 to Labor Day. Hours are 11:00am - 4:30pm and for children ages 3-11. Children MUST be accompanied by a supervising adult (a splash pad pass is only required for children, while a beach badge is required for the supervising adult). Parking Decals - Seasonal Parking Decals are required from May 15th to September 15th. Pet Fee - $150 per pet. Pets are welcome as long they are 100% house trained (meaning no accidents in the house, will not constantly bark, howl, or cry when left alone and will not scratch at the door or chew furniture) completely cleaned up after (poop outside and HAIR inside), and kept OFF the furniture (bedding, furniture, etc.). Upon booking please add the pet to your reservation in the booking and inform the host that you will be bringing a pet or pets that meets the above criteria and the pet fee(s) will be automatically added for the first per and manually added for each pet after the first. An additional minimum charge of $50 will be applied for each pet accident or hair cleanup. Crib available by request. "Events" with more than 10 people are considered on a case by case basis and start at a minimum of 2x the nightly rate for the day of the event. This home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.
