Jasper del Pacifico is a perfect choice to come and spend a quiet and great holiday. The house is located just a short walk to the beach where you can enjoy long walks and most of the time have a great view of the sunset. You can also walk to restaurants, spa, grocery store then come home to take a dip in your private pool or bbq in your outdoor living area. The open concept makes it a very spacious home. Monkeys, toucans, macaws & other wildlife have been spotted while sitting by our pool The space The house has 2 bedrooms, each for 2 guests, 2 full bathrooms. The living room area of this house has a flat screen TV and two sofas. The property's kitchen is fully equipped with basics utensils. It has a table for dining with space for six people. The pool is totally private, in the back of the house you have a BBQ area with a TV to enjoy time with your companions. The house is situated in a quaint, guarded community nestled among a jungle setting 250 meters from the exquisite Blue Flag Beach of Playa Bejuco, which is a world-renowned eco-certification for beaches and marinas. The view of the ocean waves with a jungle back drop goes on for miles. Amazing! Even though you have this stunning secluded beach within walking distance from your Villa, there are at least 7 restaurants, (2 ocean front) a spa/hair/nail salon, a gym a small mini mart and a large grocery/liquor store within 10 - 30 minute walking distance. Jasper del Pacifico is a great location to explore many waterfalls, rivers, estuaries and mountains surrounding the Pacific Coastal area. You will also have the opportunity to experience horseback on the beach, ATV tour, ocean view zipline, white water raft, jump into refreshing waterfalls, tour on a monkey boat or catamaran/snorkel for the day, ocean kayaking and more. The outdoor living area has two 5-speed fans to help keep you refreshed when you are not in the pool. You will also find a fridge for your drinks and a BBQ (you will always have a full tank as we have a back-up ready to go). There are many electrical outlets in the outdoor area for your technology or other gadgets. Our property is surrounded with beautiful tropical plants (heliconia, hibiscus, bird of paradise, red ginger plants, palm and banana trees and other flora) and is fully gated on either side of the house. We have seen monkeys, toucans, scarlet macaws while relaxing in the pool or having a coffee or drink under the rancho. Depending on the tide, we often hear the ocean waves in the early morning and evening and the different species of birds singing throughout the day is wonderful. Parking is available for a small to medium sized vehicle in front of the house. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. This house is located in a residential area cared by guards 24 hours a day. It is a very quiet area. Leaving the residential area on the left, there is a small supermarket where you can find basic things, also to the right you will reach the beach by walk. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Electrical is on top of your rental. The cost will depend on whether you use all air conditioners all the time, or you conserve as you would at home. A $100 deposit for weekly stays or a $400 deposit per month for monthly rentals will be collected upon arrival and the meter read when you arrive and when you leave (this does not apply to short term stays, i.e less than a week). Deposit monies not used will be returned upon departure.
