Located directly on Homosassa River with exceptional views and ample dock space to accommodate two boats, your family and friends will want to book this home every season! Modern luxuries of beautifully appointed bedrooms, bathrooms, and a full kitchen are mixed with Old-Florida charm to make this home the perfect retreat to enjoy Homosassa Springs, swimming with manatees, scalloping in the Gulf of Mexico, world-class fishing and more! The space Our home has three bedrooms. The main house has two bedrooms, one with 1 queen the other with two queens. The outside bedroom we call the honeymoon suite has one queen bed and a private bath. Perfect for two couples with children. Off the porch there is a gas grill as well as a pellet smoker. Guest access The dockage will accommodate 2 large boats and there is parking for 3 vehicles (four if you park tightly together). There is little room for a trailer. Other things to note A washer and dryer are there for your use. Absolutely no cats allowed. We welcome dogs however we charge an additional pet fee of $30 per dog per night for more than one dog with a maximum of three (3) dogs. Dogs are no allowed on any furniture or beds. Evidence of abuse of this may result in additional charges.
