Nested on a bluff overlooking the lake, Blue Vista is a cheerful house with a relaxed personality. Enjoy the amazing view, fully-stocked kitchen, oversized jacuzzi, fire pit, and outdoor dining. Work remotely, go fishing, and finish each day watching the sunset from the ambient-lit hot tub. Blue Vista is a quiet retreat in a peaceful setting. With that in mind, we can not accommodate requests for those intending to host loud parties or crowds. Pet fee of $100 per booking. Dogs only please. The space To accomodate larger groups, book along with my other house that's right next door, "LakeView Villa" and have enough room for 24 people! Cook in the fully-stocked kitchen, read in the comfy living room, or spend all your time enjoying the beautiful back patio and outdoor space. The main bedroom has a large picture window facing the lake, king size bed, twin-size roll-away bed, and an ensuite half bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a queen size bed, twin bunk beds and is next to the full bathroom, which has a double vanity and walk-in shower. We are family-friendly and offer a Pack N' Play and high chair. Even your favorite dog(s) can enjoy our fully-fenced yard! Guest access Parking available for 3-4 cars behind a private gate. Other things to note We are 1 mile to Temple Lake Park. 2 miles to Miller Springs Nature Center. 12 minutes to UMHB. 15 minutes to quaint downtown Belton for shops and restaurants or Nolan Creek. 20 minutes to downtown Temple for great restaurants. 45 minutes to Waco/Magnolia.
