This upscale, upstairs studio apartment features everything you need including your own bath, kitchenette and entrance! We’ve recently updated the space with staycations in mind and would love to pamper you with our special touches and beautiful surroundings! The space A peaceful retreat decorated/updated for the seasons with lots of personal touches just minutes from the downtown Delaware, Dublin and Powell. You will have your own private entrance, with your room up the stairs and the door on the right. We offer parking, a tranquil farm setting , privacy and extreme cleanliness! The room is fresh, bright and large enough for a small family to be comfortable in. Pool closed from mid September -mid May. Guest access Self check in w/o contact now available. For safety reasons guests are not permitted in the barns but can meet many animals by taking a walk around the backyard. There are designated outside areas for guests to enjoy. Outside visitors or guests are not permitted. While animals are everywhere on our property, none have ever been in our bnb rooms keeping them as fresh and clean as possible. Other things to note We run a very small scale animal rescue so please know there's a slight chance you'll be coming across a few critters during your stay. NO outside pets allowed! Please do not ask for an exception to this rule. Must be 21 or over to book! Pool/farm curfew applies. Also early check in’s are extremely hard to accommodate so please respect the listed time of 4:00. Ty!
