Lakefront cottage with a MILLION DOLLAR VIEW is located on the shores of Little Bay de Noc. It’s time to relax and enjoy nature’s beauty! Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over westerly lake views from the large deck or indoor picture windows. Our family-owned cottage is available limited times throughout the year when it is not occupied by family. The space Relax and enjoy natures beauty nestled under pines, oaks, maple, and birch trees. Start your morning on the deck with a cup of coffee as the sun hits the pristine lake. You’re bound to see hummingbirds at the feeder, soring eagles and even loons. Daytime activities range from hiking, biking, swimming, fishing and color tours. You can also just sit back and enjoy a good book. At days end you will want to be back on the deck with your favorite beverage. You will have a front row seat for the most beautiful sunsets. Some of what our cottage has to offer to make your stay more comfortable. • Two bedrooms and two full baths with spacious closets and dressers. • Additional sleeping area in the walkout lower level. • Fully stocked kitchen with basic essentials provided. • Backyard patio has a gas grill with seating area and lake views. • The large deck overlooks beautiful Little Bay de Noc where you'll relax and enjoy incredible sunsets. • A new 24-foot light weight dock was installed in 2022. Due to low water levels, we are not permitting boats to dock at this time. • Cottage has electric baseboard heating in all rooms and Mitsubishi heat/AC units on both levels. • Cable TV, DVD, & WIFI. • New washer & dryer in the lower level. Guest access Guests will have full use of the cottage with the exception of two family closets and outdoor shed.
