The Available space is bedroom 2, it has a queen bed. couples or females Only,unless you have reserved as as Couple, no overnight sexual Partners. Cradled by Palos Verdes and the Sea. Walking distance to shopping center with banks, Sprouts Super market and eateries, 1.3 mile from freeway. a Panoramic drive along the Coast takes you to the Wayfarers Chapel. Catalina Island terminal is a 5-10 minute drive . The space Clean , tranquil, beautiful sun rises,local bus picks up across the street fare is only .50c Guest access With the exception of other occupants bedrooms, guests can access all the house. During your stay Exchange with guests, is left at their discretion. Other things to note Patches, Kooper khal and I will share the space with you along with one or 2 more guests. Respect quiet hours, ask questions if not sure about something, must be mindful in all regards. the shared bathroom is the one with the Jetted bath, double sink. If you break something , YOU MUST replace it !!!!!
