Nestled between the redwoods & pigmy forest 3 miles from Mendocino Village, this tiny house comes with a kitchenette, sofa bed, bar/dining area & sleeping loft, with a short stroll through the garden to your private bathroom/shower. *BED IS UP A LADDER You can warm yourself up at the nearby fire pit [EXCEPT DURING COUNTY ‘NO-BURN’ ORDERS], while star-gazing & enjoying the sounds of nature, including the chorus of frogs in the pond & chirping of the birds. Then wake up to a morning Nespresso! The space We know the area well, so feel free to ask us for tips on anything that comes to mind... whether it's an activity you're interested in, where to eat or upcoming local events. Or just take it easy in the quiet comfort of our secluded property and feel free to pick some herbs, veggies, & apples in the garden. There’s a 2-person hammock by the fire pit, which can be enjoyed by all guests. Our water is excellent for drinking, filtered from a well. Wi-Fi may be spotty on occasion, and no cell service at the property unless you have Verizon. (Some other carriers work here, but not AT&T.) Guest access There's a "tiny house parking" sign in the circle drive, close to the garden entry to the tiny house behind the cabin (our other airbnb rental, with guests you may meet at the fire pit/picnic area!). Make yourselves at home for a stroll in the garden, through the pathways and around the ponds. We provide sparkling water, coffee, creamer, sugar and tea. We love animals, and have two small dogs and two cats. However, we have to enforce a strict no pet policy including service pets in our Airbnbs because our dogs are territorial (bark when other animals are on the property), and we want to keep our cabins available for people who have allergies. (Even our own pets have never been in the tiny house or cabin.)
