Kitchenette has a fridge, range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee makers, cookware, placeware, utensils. Sorry, no Wi-Fi. The space Step outside and enjoy the expansive decks and terraces that encircle the main house. View abundant wildlife while strolling a woodland trail. Take the walking path down to the river for a cookout (charcoal grill and picnic tables on site). Or just wade a bit in the cool waters of the New River. Ahhhh. Guest access PLEASE NOTE - OUR RIVERBOTTOM REMAINS ACCESSIBLE, BUT WAS HEAVILY IMPACTED BY HURICAN HELENE. WE'VE CLEANED UP THE TRASH, BUT A HUGE DEBRIS FIELD REMAINS IN AND AROUND THE BRANCH THAT RUNS ALONG THE EDGE OF THE PROPERTY. THERE ARE MANY DOWNED TREES AS WELL. IN THE COMING WEEKS WE WILL BE SAWING TREES, REPLACING PICNIC TABLES, REPAIRING GRILLS, AND WORKING THROUGH DEBRIS. Guests have full access to the apartment, and free run of the property and all outside amenities including decks, terraces, trails, river access, charcoal grills, picnic tables, etc. Other things to note Please note, we do not currently offer Wi-Fi. Cell phone service, including 4G, is exceptionally good for most carriers. T Mobile is a notable exception. Guests report almost no T Mobile coverage in the area. Wildlife is abundant throughout the property. Please observe only - Do not feed or harass native animals in any way. Two loaner bicycles are available to use free of charge. They're basic steel frame models, but do just fine on the New River Trail. Ride at your own risk.
