Come breathe in the clean mountain air, surround yourself with majestic pine trees, unwind to a starry night where the Milky Way makes an appearance above our wrap around deck. Go on a hike, walk to the park, or to the clubhouse for a round of golf or tennis. Grab pastries at the bakery or food at the restaurants in the village. Don’t miss this hidden gem! The space Completely renovated large mountain chalet with modern details, furniture and style to host your next getaway with friends & family! Our main floor (upstairs) features an open floor plan with lots of natural light and beautiful views throughout. We offer a fully stocked kitchen with a large island and a breakfast nook. The living and dining rooms have vaulted ceilings adorned with beautiful round iron chandeliers that can be dimmed for the perfect evening setting. The dining room seats eight and is a favorite hang out location in the house with it’s beautiful windows to take in the pine trees that surround it. The living room has a TV, sound bar and pellet stove to keep you warm during the snow season (Nov-Feb). The hallway leads to the master/ primary bedroom (king bed) and guest room (queen bed) and guest bathroom. A deck with beautiful Mountain View’s wraps around this entire floor. On the deck you will find a BBQ and seating areas to lounge or enjoy al fresco dining. Our second floor (downstairs) features a cozy family room with a TV, board games and wood burning fireplace. This floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. From this floor you can access our large backyard and the garage. **This cabin has AIR CONDITIONING which is critical in the summer. Many rentals in the community do not offer AC** In the garage we have a laundry room along with an additional refrigerator for guest use. Also in the garage, there is lots of fun to be had with a ping pong table, PAC-MAN arcade and a separate room with a pool table, TV and sound bar. For sports fans, our cable package includes NFL Sunday Ticket. Wi-Fi speeds are up to 1 gbps. Guest access Guests will receive access passes to Pine Mountain clubhouse which is walking distance or a 4 min drive. There you can access the pool spring / summer for a $ 5/person fee paid at clubhouse, 6 max - waiver signed at clubhouse) executive golf course, rec room, tennis / pickle ball court and/or enjoy dinner overlooking the golf course. During the summer enjoy concerts on the green. Also within walking distance or a short drive is the park which has baseball field, volleyball, tether ball, basketball court, rock climbing and playground. This is a great place to go sledding in the winter as well. Extremely family friendly and a kids paradise! Other things to note You are in the a national Forest. There are animals and that’s what makes it so special but please practice caution. This is especially important when it come to bears. Do your part when visiting to keep bears wild and away from us and our homes. Do not feed bears. Trash, food or drinks should not be left outside or in the garage at any time! Windows and sliding glass doors need to be closed and locked when you are not in room or while sleeping. Scented air fresheners in your cars may attract bears, please remove them and lock your car. Trash can be taken to transfer site which is a 4 minute drive between 8-5pm daily or upon checkout. Please recycle! :) No street parking. We have room in our driveway for up to 5 cars. During snow season, you will need chains.
