Enjoy a home sweet stay located right in beautiful Winter Haven, Florida. Walk into a relaxing and stylish "Beach Theme" decorated home, that brings in a wonderful relaxing atmosphere to you and your family. Dive into the awesome refreshing pool during the summer and prop your feet up while your kids play. Enjoy this and many more entertainment within the home and be near local entertainment such as Legoland & Disney. We hope you stop and stay at our home and enjoy it as much as we do! The space Our home sleeps 8. There is a full size bunk bed with a twin size bunk above, the bunk bed only holds a max of 250lbs or less. The guest rooms have carpet, while the remaining home is tile. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and its own private restroom with a tub and shower. Each room is equipped with TV and Roku control to watch TV and enjoy Netflix. Enjoy entry into the pool through the living room or privacy entrance through the master bedroom. We have installed automatic lights that turn on from approximately 7:00pm until 10:00 PM. We want you to enjoy this as much as we do with privacy as if you were in your own home. The pool is not heated, but can be used year around. We have a high standard with cleanliness and replacing/washing bedsheets, pillows as necessary. Most of the items are fairly new and is remodeled, replaced on daily/monthly manner in order to keep the home fresh for all our guests. No smoking allowed on the premises nor in the pool area. Guest access You will have the privacy of the home all to yourself. The only thing that is not available for use is the Garage. The garage is shared with some of our personal items. You are more than welcome to use the Washer and Dryer in the garage but do not park any vehicles inside. There is sufficient parking in the driveway area in the property. We do ask that the lawn isn't used as parking and to use the drive way for parking. Other things to note Please note, the pool is not heated, but can be used year around. We have a high standard with cleanliness and replacing/washing bedsheets, pillows as necessary. We do have strict rules in place both for our guests and we want to make sure that you are aware of some of our top rules. Additional rules will be provided to you at the time of check-in but below are listed very important ones that we do strictly abide by. 1) NO Pets Allowed (Due to Pet Allergies by the Owners) 2) NO SMOKING allowed in the premises nor the pool area. 3) Check-in will be after 4:00 pm.  4) There are NO parties allowed.  5) NO additional persons allowed other than those listed on Airbnb max of 8 people only. 6) If there are unregistered guests, there will be a claim for an extra $500.00 Fee/Fine. 7) Any unregistered guests, parties, smoking or illicit drugs will be an IMMEDIATE TERMINATION of your stay. 8) The garage is a shared space with our personal items. We do not allow for vehicles or anything to be parked inside since it has our motorcycle and vehicle stored there. So we asked that no kids play around this area in order to avoid damages and extra charges.  9) You are more than welcome to use the washer and dryer that are in the garage. 10) You will have the basic beginning essential items, but any additional items are the guests responsibilities.  11) NO eating or drinking in the bedrooms. If the home is left too dirty, extra charges maybe assessed. 12) Quiet time begins from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM. Please be mindful of the neighbors and noise. If we receive too many complaints it can result in your stay being immediately terminated. More details will be provided to you at the time of check-in.
