The apartment also has a full size bath with shower. Please note this is a basement level apartment/ “in law suite”. It does have a full size window w/ well It has a shared laundry with the house upstairs. The space Guests have access to the entire private studio apartment. The space has its own separate HVAC (mini split) system for heating and cooling. The unit is accessed via a shared side entrance that leads to the laundry area. There is a private steel entry door into the Studio. Other things to note Please note this is a lower level/basement apartment with a full size house above. The unit does get plenty of natural light via a full size window, and a few other windows.
