Peaceful 4 bedroom/2 bath Sonora Retreat—walk to downtown. Layout is perfect for multiple families. Nicely furnished with mirrored closets in 3 rooms made it easy to get ready for events. Gourmet kitchen, well stocked just bring groceries. One dog under 40 pounds allowed (must be kenneled if left alone). 15 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Cozy gas fireplace. Pinecrest and Dodge Ridge Ski (45 Mins), Leland Meadows Snow Tube park (50 mins), Murphys (30 mins), Yosemite (90 mins) The space The set up with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on each side of home with kitchen and family room in between make it ideal for multiple families wanting their own space or working remote. Beds to accommodate 9 guests/adults. There are also two toddler cots (for small pre-school aged kids) and a pack and play for those that want to keep their little ones close but not share a bed. Toddlers and babies don’t count toward your guest count/charges. Guest access The entire home is yours during stay including laundry. Because of its peaceful tree lined mountain road, there are no sidewalks. There is one parking spot in driveway and enough space to park a second vehicle in front of mailbox. Should you have a third vehicle, guests can park further down the street where the road is wider. We just ask that you be courteous to our neighbors and not park directly in front of their homes or block their driveways. No guest access to detached garage at street level. Other things to note 40 various steps to front door, could be challenging for those with mobility issues. Discount for stays greater than 30 days. Mutliple devices can be online/zoom at same time with no issues. **There is a 12% city of Sonora transient occupancy tax I am required to charge (just as hotels in the city do) for stays less than 30 days. You will now see this noted in your fees when booking. AirBNB sends it to me, then I pay the city directly.
