Custom 2-Bedroom Wood Cabin crafted in the '50s, loaded with Mountain Design, pet: ) We have 2 cabins next to one another in a friendly neighborhood w/secluded access to the shoreline. Nothing but trees & a 100' natural, private deer trail (which can be steep at points) where you can swim, fish & enjoy! We offer our 2cabins a shared trail 2lake, rowboat, SUP & fishing poles. We can accept 1-2 dogs, a $50 pet fee, read the Pet Addendum. Must be crated if left alone in the cabin! The space The cabin is nicely stocked with linens, cleaning supplies, personal care products, and all amenities to cook with. We have a sunny, gourmet kitchen with full appliances, a kitchen nook with window seating, and a full bathroom off the kitchen. Both bedrooms offer new medium firm queen mattresses and charming decor. The living room and dining room with high-beam ceilings, and the couch offers a full-size mattress that can accommodate 1-2 children under 10 with a $25.00 linen charge. Double glass doors open to a wood deck that boasts gorgeous views of the lake. On the patio is a picnic table, and patio chairs to enjoy time outside. Below the deck and under the trees are two lounge chairs, and a picnic table all waiting for you! Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. No smoking. 1-2 dogs must be approved in advance and a separate $50 charge will be applied if approved. We have two independent cabins next to one another in a friendly neighborhood that offers secluded access to the shoreline shared with the neighboring cabin. Nothing but trees and a 100' natural, deer trail (which can be steep at points) down to your private spot, where you can swim, fish, and enjoy! The cabins are on 1/3 acre hillside lakefront property (it's easier down than up!) and offer our guests a "Shared" 3-person canoe, and SUP, both with oars & life jackets, two fishing poles, and a tackle box all to enhance your vacation. You are responsible for your family's safety. If you choose to use the trail and any of our outdoor gear you are doing so "At your own risk". Everyone is not physically able to use the trail or the equipment. Any equipment used must be handled with care and lifted to the water and back to a designated area to keep it from being swept into the water. Life jackets must be worn when in the lake, and we have several standard-size jackets, bring your own life jacket if you need a specific size. Our small neighborhood has many majestic trees and because of this trash companies cannot use their hydraulic lift to pick up containers, all cabins use dumpsters on the main road and guests are responsible to take their trash out. To ensure all guests have the best experience, upon your arrival, I will try to meet with you to personally provide information on the cabin, neighborhood, and any related information you may want about the area to ensure your time at the lake is a success. One week before your stay, I will reach out to you and let you know the location of the keys, helpful tips on parking, and finding the cabin in case you arrive before me. I live in the area and am available 24/7 with any questions or concerns you may have during your stay. Guest access Two parking spaces. Other things to note If you are considering bringing a pet, there is a pet fee and pet addendum... Pet Addendum Guest(s) agrees as follows: 1. To keep the pet from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others and to immediately remedy any complaints concerning the pet; 2. To comply with all applicable statutes, ordinances, restrictions, owners’ association rules, and other enforceable regulations regarding any pet; 3. To ensure that shall not create any conflict or disturbance with others and will not threaten any physical harm to anyone; 4. To have all shots of said pet current; 5. Must be with the pet when outside; 6. To keep the pet under control at all times; 7. To promptly remove any pet waste from the Property, including all living areas, garages, storage areas, yards, porches, patios, courtyards, and decks; 8. To keep the pet from damaging any property, and not to leave pets unsupervised in the cabin without being crated; 9. To immediately pay for any injury, damage, loss, or expense caused by the pet; 10. The property owner and management are held harmless from all liability arising from the Guest's ownership of a said pet. CLEANING FEE: A cleaning fee has been charged. However, if the property is left exceptionally dirty and additional cleaning time is required beyond the norm, you will be charged for the additional time.
