A Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, silverware, dinnerware, and utensils are provided. The living room has a couch, chair, coffee tables, lamps, flatscreen cable TV and WIFI. The bathroom has been fully remodeled and the laundry has a washer & dryer. Guest access Access to the apartment is by a private exterior stairway @ the rear of the house. This stairway is probably not suitable for the elderly or for those with handicaps. The apartment is for Airbnb guests only. No one lives in the unit. Our backyard is available for your use.
