Unsalvageable linens & towels will be charged to the guest. *Quiet hours are from 9:00pm to 8:00am during which time the noise from the short term rental home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. *Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non quiet hours shall not be more excessive that would be otherwise associated with a residential area. *Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short term rental home is prohibited. *Vehicles shall be parked in the designated parking area and shall not be parked on the street. Self Park (unassigned spaces) in our Onsite lot (behind the Inn building) and Offsite lot (50 yards to the right of the Inn building next to the art gallery) *No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur. *The shoreline area is the property of the people of Hawaii and is open for the free use by everyone. *Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on property. Smoking will incur a $500 cleaning fee. *Occupancy limits are STRICTLY enforced. *Landscaping is on Wednesdays throughout the property starting no earlier than 9:30am.
