This property is only 25 miles away from Boston near the border with NH and is close to beaches and winter ski destinations (15-25 mins away). Wether you are traveling for work, tourism or just need a place for few days, this home will make you and your family/friends comfortable. There is free parking for two cars in the drive way. I will go above and beyond to make sure that you have a pleasant stay. Like any suburbs in MA, some streets can be busy at certain times, yet this area is safe. The space This home is very spacious and features a total of five bedrooms two on the third floor and three on the second floor. Also in the second floor there is a full bath and a half bath on the first floor. The first floor has a nice eat in kitchen with everything needed to cook. There is also a 60 inch TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBOMAX, DISNEY+, ESPN+, Apple TV+, HULU TV, FIOS cable, multiple HD channel options, etc. Finally, there is also a studio/office on the first floor perfect for working remotely or using a computer connected to internet. Although this is a private property, in the back of the house there is a small apartment attached, however each home has private access, private yard and private parking areas. You will be able to stay with your family friends very comfortably. Guest access There is a private entrance on the front of the house, you will be using that door with your own key. We will provide all the detailed instructions to access the home. Other things to note There are multiple grocery stores near by, only a 5 minute drive. There are two market basket stores for grocery shopping plus a Walmart and Target for any other requirements that you may need. The house is equipped with the basic cooking utensils, two coffee makers, a microwave, toaster and electric stove.
