Cleaning of the rooms, TV and Electricity & water are inclusive in the rent except for long term tenancy over 1 months. Room 2 has one large queen bed fits 2 people comfortably. Private bathroom, closets. Room 3 has one large queen bed, fits 2 people comfortably, Private bathroom, closets. Room 4 has one queen bed fits 2 people comfortably in this room there is also a double decker bed for 2 kids up to age 15, bathroom. Livingroom with sofa and TV. Kitchen with dining area. WI-FI, there is an MTN Wi-Fi box ready and available for guest to load with the amount of internet one wishes for. Maximum speed can be bought and will work for students or the one that works from home. Wi-Fi is NOT INCLUDED one needs to load box and our house manager can help with that on the spot. The internet connection will be resumed instantly once paid. Guest access Our dedicated housekeeper will help you with your needs. For an extra small fee (paid directly to her) she can help you with laundry, clean of bathroom, bedroom and cook of meals. Other things to note - Most guests prefer to use their phones, and purchase data packages and internet, on the go, from their phone carriers or at a phone shop. But we have an wifi router MTN that the guest can refill the sim card and use at their convenivence our housekeeper can help with that. -We have a housekeeper who lives in adjutant house to care for security and needs you might have 24/7. -We law abiding citizens, and we expect our guest not to conduct themselves in any illegal activities in our house. -If you are engaging in any illegal stuff or business in our house this is NOT the place for you, we will inform the authorities if any illegal activities is suspected. -As a general policy, we request all guests to provide us with a copy of their international passport (for non-Ugandans) or their national ID (for Ugandans)
