Welcome! We are looking forward to hosting you in our beautiful restored 1940's Spanish Home with many original features. The space has a large shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and your own private bedroom to the rear of the home which makes it the perfect little retreat away from home. The space We are situated in the City of Lynwood in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood, which is still located in the lively Los Angeles county. Great space for extended stays for full time workers who need a safe place to stay during their visit or transition to LA. We are located close to St. Francis Medical Hospital and is an ideal location for nurses and students. Home: This is an older home with delicate features and unique characteristics. A majority of the home furnishings are antiques and should be treated with care. As I recently purchased the home I am continuously trying to improve it's livability and ensure a comfortable stay. I'd love any recommendations you may offer during your time spent here. Day to Day: The space is usually quiet during the day. There is RO Filtered Water (at sink), Fridge, Microwave, and Stovetop you are welcome to use. We have a large washer & dryer that is available upon request. Bathroom spacious and typically shared with (1-2ppl), this is a separate shower and bathtub. Upon Arrival: Home entry is by keycode access. You will also have a key to lock your door while out. Wifi Access is provided. Small desk/vanity mirror is in the room if you need to work from home. Feel free to use a small section in fridge. We recycle and compost, the bin is located on the back patio right of the door. Parking: Street parking or the driveway is available if needed. Most guest park in front of the house where I have Nest Camera surveillance. *Street Sweeping is on Tuesday mornings , must move car starting at 8am* Guest access Please park in driveway Tuesday mornings to avoid street sweeping ticketing or park on opposite side of street. Other things to note Please be considerate of the age of the home and unique features, looking for someone to keep the space clean. Location is not within walking distance to many stores: **Car highly recommended**
