It is furnished with a twin /single size bed, a bookshelf, a desk and a clothing rack. - Large window that gets a nice subtle light. There is a living room and dining room. You are welcome to use the dining room for meals, work or study. The kitchen is a good size for NYC, fully stocked with dishes, utensils etc. Available for cooking and storage of food. House rule: be respectful of items & if you break it you replace it. :) Guest access Access to room, bathroom, kitchen, and dining area. Free to use microwave, pots, pans, cups, glasses and plates in kitchen. I am easygoing and comfortable with conversations, and interaction, giving sightseeing information, and doing morning walks to show the neighborhood history. I enjoy music and dancing, and I love to cook. For foreign language speakers, I am also TEFL certified to teach English.
