Beautiful townhome just a few minutes from Fox River, multiple parks and trails for walking or riding bikes. Downtown Geneva offers plenty of places to eat, live music, beautiful scenery, kayaking on the river, etc. Lovely creek aligns the backyard with trees. Parking is easy since the townhome is in a court. The space I have an office that can be shared which connects directly to the bathroom (2 doors in your bathroom- to bedroom & office). Also, first floor kitchen and dining room can be a shared space.
