The space Close to the Stone School /Ellsworth Rd intersection this two story house has an entry living area, 3 bedrooms, full bathroom/laundry, a well equipped kitchen and a family room on the first floor. There is a large bedroom and ensuite on the second floor. The first floor has timber floors; the stairs and second floor are carpeted. No shoes upstairs please! There is a secluded outdoor deck off the family room,a table where you can eat outside, use the bbq, and enjoy the large garden. Guest access All areas of the property are for guests' use except for the garage and one room on the first floor. Other things to note We can provide a full blow-up mattress if necessary. Cost $20. We are an energy and environment conscious house. Guests are expected to turn off lights not in use, and to turn off lights when going out.
