Our home is a beautiful, spacious 1917 Craftsman located on 3 acres in the Loma Linda Hills. It has many windows and lots of natural light, with views of the orange groves, valley, and mountains. It has a very private, fenced backyard with a pool, jacuzzi, and pretty landscaping. It is conveniently located close to the Loma Linda University Medical Center and teaching facilities, and Redlands Community Hospital. There are also multiple excellent restaurants nearby in Redlands and Loma Linda. The space Our home is on an estate lot, surrounded by orange and avocado groves. It feels like you're in the country, but close to town. Come enjoy a special place where you can smell the orange blossoms and watch red-tailed hawks and other wildlife. From the property, you can also go for a walk or run in the hills if you're feeling more adventurous. Guest access Entire house, yard, pool, and jacuzzi is private and included in listing. Other things to note - The house rental includes POCKET WIFI. - The kitchen includes a french press coffee maker, blender, and juicer. - The house rental includes heating the jacuzzi, but it does not include heating the pool. If you'd like to heat the pool, please let us know, and we could work out an additional fee for that. - There are two central a/c/heating units (one for upstairs & one for downstairs). The thermostat for the unit for upstairs is located downstairs in the hallway, so the unit goes on when the set temperature is reached downstairs in the hallway, or you can set the fan to cycle continuously. - There are beach towels included for the jacuzzi/pool. - There is an outdoor shower and bathroom. - There is No Smoking allowed anywhere on this property - No exceptions! - There are No Parties allowed.
