King Cottage is a modern country cottage constructed in 2017. The atmosphere, created by design, has the feel of a timeless home that has stood the test of time. Centrally located in the heart of East Texas, the cottage sits atop a hill, on acreage, surrounded by 80 foot majestic pine trees. The studio apartment is a spacious 572 square foot space with one king bed, sofa, two large club chairs and a desk. The studio also includes a private bath and kitchenette. ADDT'L SUITES ARE AVAILABLE. The space Enjoy breakfast or an evening glass of wine on one of our outdoor porches. The deer are plentiful and can be seen most days.
