NOTE no TV There is plenty of parking space to bring your boat The space Mary's Cottage is a gorgeous two bedroom, 2 bathroom home, beautifully decorated and furnished to meet your needs whether passing through or coming to stay a while. The master bedroom (2nd floor) has a King size bed and its own private full bathroom. Bedroom #2 (2nd floor) has a queen size bed and plenty of storage space for clothing. There is a full bathroom on the main floor. The bright and airy living room has a comfortable reclining love seat and two swivel chairs. Also an office space in the living room. The kitchen is fully furnished, and there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Towels and linens provided. You will find a beautiful private deck out back, with a great view of the spacious backyard, the white picket fence, and open farmland beyond. The yards are shared with "Martha's Cottage" (the second unit in the Old Beauchamp Homestead) so please be respectful of other guests. There are 2 ponds on the property that are off limits to all guests! No swimming, wading, or fishing. The ponds are partially fenced but guests are responsible for their own safety and those with them. Food Lion and Dollar General are close by for all your grocery needs. And be sure to check out The Light House Market in Princess Anne, where you’ll find fresh baked goods, fresh cut meats, lunch meats and much more! Chincoteague Island and Ocean City beaches are only 40 minutes away. Chesapeake Bay is within 30 minutes where you’ll have access to swimming, kayaking, boating and fishing. There is plenty of parking space to bring your own boat! Guest access Mary’s Cottage is adjoining with Martha’s Cottage so please be respectful to other quests. Both have their own private deck but all guests have access to the backyard. Parking space is shared.
