This Furnished, Private room and private bathroom are in a Lovely, plant-filled Nantucket style home in Decatur. Room has a dresser, sitting chair, TV w/ Roku, desk/chair, closet and an extremely comfortable Queen bed. Close to Emory University, Medical facilities, public transportation, Whole Foods 360, Starbucks, Walmart, Aldi, restaurants, Medlock Park, etc. Quiet neighborhood on a family oriented cul-de-sac. Host is a welcoming Registered Nurse with two cats and one dog. The space Downstairs bedroom and bathroom are reserved for the guest(s) use only. Bedroom and bathroom have a basic lock mechanism on the door knob that can be locked from inside the room. Host bedroom and bathroom are on the second story of the house, so there is a nice amount of privacy for the guest. Living room, Kitchen and laundry are shared, and guests are very welcome to use these comfortable areas. Outdoor deck with sitting/dining area and BBQ are welcome to be used as well.
