One bedroom with shared bathroom good for one or two people. Share with me and my college going son. Happy to have company but pretty busy ourselves. Right on site though to deal with issues and help if you need it. Hang out as much or as little as you please. Half a mile from Boston College. Express bus to downtown and Copley. Quick bus to Cambridge and Fenway. Have two dogs. One is medium to large and the other is small . Very friendly. Two flights of stairs The space Queen size nice mattress that goes up and down. Tv with WiFi access. Hulu and Netflix and prime. Access to full kitchen can cook and have refrigerator space. Need to clean up after self. Clean sheets and towels. Cleaners come every two weeks, clean the whole house including your room. Change sheets in bed. Guest access You are welcome in kitchen, dining room and you can hang out in the living room alone or with us. You also have a full back porch with afternoon sun that is often warm enough to sit on. During your stay My college going son and I share space. We are a real family. My older son his husband and child live downstairs in the other unit. Other things to note I have two dogs, one small, one larger. Very friendly want to greet you everyday. One takes a day or two to warm up the other wants to be friends right away. When we are not around they stay in my sons room with the door shut -the younger one in kennel because he still likes to chew. When we are here they are out in the apartment.
