The Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm is a wonderful peaceful guest house on a 5 acre lot. You’ll find a 780 sq.Ft indoor space with a private deck, giant oak trees and a beautiful view of the garden outside. The sunny open floor plan has a queen-sized bed, a couch, 2 loveseats a dining area and kitchen. The Cottage accommodates two adults. I will accept pets on a case-by-case basis. The space The Cottage has a kitchen with refrigerator, cook top, microwave oven, coffee maker (Keurig, French Press and Mr. Coffee). There is a full bathroom with closet. This is a studio, so the living space also contains a dining area and gas fireplace with hearth and bookcases. The deck includes a small dining table as well and 2 chaise loungers. Outside there is also a gas BBQ, off street parking, a tree swing, hammocks and a “picnic gazebo”. Guest access Guests are welcome to roam the property and enjoy the garden and “tortoise compound”. There is always something blooming in the garden. You’re welcome to pick the lemons, limes and grapefruit when in season. Other things to note There is no TV in this cottage. The WiFi supports streaming and functions like Zoom Meetings.
